Who we are
NBA Clinic is the trading name of NBA Clinic Ltd, company number 16237629, at 92 High Street, Barkingside, Ilford IG6 2DR. These terms apply to appointments and treatments at the salon.
Booking
Most treatments are booked on Treatwell, which sends your confirmation. Laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments are booked by phone on 020 3887 2181. Walk-ins are welcome when a therapist is free; booking holds your time.
Prices
Our prices are on our price list and on Treatwell. Laser hair removal is priced per area, per session or for a course of 8 sessions. Aesthetic treatments are not on the price list: the price is explained at your consultation, before anything is booked.
Payment
The minimum spend for paying by card is £10.
Cancelling and rearranging
Please give us 24 hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment. Late cancellations may be charged £10. We don't offer refunds on treatments. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Patch tests
Lash lifts, brow lamination and laser hair removal need a patch test at least 24 hours before your first treatment. The laser patch test costs £25, which is taken off your first laser session.
Laser hair removal
Laser hair removal is for women and men aged 18 and over. We do not treat intimate areas for men. Most areas need a course of around 8 sessions, and some, such as the face and bikini area, can need more. Results vary from person to person, and we cannot promise a particular result.
Your health and suitability
Before your treatment, tell us about any skin condition, medical condition or medicines, and whether you are pregnant. Some treatments are not suitable for everyone, and we may tell you a treatment is not right for you.
Photographs
We only take a photograph of you or your treatment with your consent, and we only publish one with your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
